Navneet Bain Counseling Services provides therapeutic counseling services including but not limited to:

• Individual therapy sessions
• Couples counseling
• Family therapy
• Parenting coaching and education
• Anger management therapy
• Life coaching and goal achievement

3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or email. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Confidentiality

All counseling sessions are confidential. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit written consent. Exceptions to confidentiality include situations involving imminent risk of harm to self or others, child abuse, or court orders.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Attend scheduled appointments on time
• Respect the therapeutic process and boundaries
• Make timely payments for services rendered
• Notify us of any changes in your contact information
• Follow treatment recommendations to the best of your ability

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality counseling services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In case of a medical or psychiatric emergency, please contact emergency services immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Navneet Bain Counseling Services and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:
